This policy explains what personal data Anyway Works collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to answer you and run this website.
Who is responsible
Anyway Works is the controller for the personal data described here. We are based in the Netherlands. For any privacy question or request, email hello@anywayworks.com.
What we collect and why
- Contact details you send us. When you submit the contact form, we process your name, email address and message so we can reply and discuss working together. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement, and our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries.
- Technical request data. Our hosting provider processes standard server and security data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest in a secure, working website.
- Optional analytics. Only if you accept cookies do we measure aggregated, privacy-friendly usage to improve the site. Legal basis: your consent. See our cookie policy.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers that help us operate, under data processing terms:
- Cloudflare for hosting, content delivery and security.
- Resend for delivering the email generated by the contact form.
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, that transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form messages for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting relationship, and then remove them. Security and server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your data;
- restrict or object to our processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing.
To exercise any right, email hello@anywayworks.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
